Tony Villafane

PASTOR OF STUDENT MINISTRIES

Tony Villafane joined the Gateway Church family in September 2018 and serves as the Pastor of Student Ministries. He has been married to his wife, Mary Beth, since October 2017, and they have two children, Corbin and Bodie. Tony graduated with a Master of Divinity from Lancaster Bible College, Capital Seminary, and Graduate School in May 2018.

Tony’s life purpose is “Discipling and encouraging others through shepherding and sharpening from excellent brokenness.” He is passionate about discipling youth, stirring them towards Jesus through preaching, discipleship, leadership development, and life-on-life engagement. As Pastor of Student Ministries, Tony oversees the vision casting, discipling and equipping, and preaching to our students.

In his free time, Tony loves baseball, ultimate frisbee, playing guitar, and spending hours at coffee shops. He enjoys Marvel movies, chick flicks, board games, Spikeball, reading, eating Chick-fil-A and Chipotle, spending time with his family, and discussing personality tests.
