A passionate leader with a heart for the next generation, Shanice graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Biblical Studies. Married to her husband of five years, DayQuinn, she and her family are raising three wonderful children – Legacy, Kyrie, and Isreal.

Shanice’s ministry focus centers on serving and discipling kids, sharing God’s Word, and encouraging families to grow in faith and live out their God-given purpose. Beyond her work in ministry, she enjoys playing basketball, spending quality time with her family, and has a particular fondness for cereal and turtles.

Shanice is responsible for investing in ServeTeams that directly impact youth and families by discipling children and partnering with their parents. Her goal is to create Christ-centered environments where kids grow in faith and families are equipped to lead spiritually at home.
