plan your visit.

have questions? we have answers!
We want you to feel welcome and comfortable during your first visit to Gateway, so we’ve attempted to answer a few common questions. Here’s what you can expect during a weekend worship experience.
When should I arrive?
We offer 3 identical worship gatherings during a weekend. Sunday at 8:30am, 10:00am and 11:30am. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to grab a cup of coffee before the service begins. You’ll want to make sure you get into the auditorium (we call it “The Main”) before the music starts!
Where should I go?
Our weekend gatherings are held at 160 Cowan Road, Parkesburg, PA (click here for directions). We have a front entrance where volunteers will be standing by to help guide you. Our building is one floor with no steps and is wheelchair accessible.
Where should I park?
As you pull onto the campus, look for the signs that direct you to “reserved parking” if it’s your first time!
What are my options for my children?
GTWY KIDS is designed for children from birth through 6th Grade (learn more). We have a check-in process for each family, so you’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the first time! When you enter the building, you’ll see our clearly marked “Kids Check-In” area. Our volunteers will get your children checked in and then show you the way to their classrooms.
GTWY 56 Ministry is specifically designed for 5th & 6th grade students and offered during each worship experience. Students will attend the first 20 minutes of the adult worship experience with their parents/guardians and then be dismissed to the 56 Small Group with their peers.
If you think you might visit on a Sunday, you can preregister your kids before you come! This helps streamline your Sunday morning experience.

What about children with special needs?
If you have a child with special needs, please email our KIDS Director and let us know how we can serve you! We have a “Buddy Ministry” to minister to children affected by disability, or those who face unique challenges (learn more).
What about students?
Students (grades 7-12) will join their parents during the Sunday gathering, and Youth Group is held on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8:45pm.
What should I wear?
We dress very casually around here, so feel free to leave the tie at home! Please wear whatever is most comfortable for you.
How long is a Gateway Church worship gathering?
In total, a Gateway Worship Experience is about one hour in length. Services begin with the Gateway Church band leading the church in in a time of worship through music. The song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our pastors will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.
What’s the culture like at Gateway Church?
Weekends at Gateway are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel right at home. We truly believe you belong here.
