// about snyder avenue Congregational church – philly.
Our Vision:
We are an ethnically diverse and growing church of Jesus-followers in South Philly who love God, love one another, and serve our neighbors as we share the Good News of Jesus Christ through word and deed— all for the glory of God!
Our Mission:
SACCPhilly is a community of Jesus-followers who are seeking to make authentic relationships with our South Philly neighbors even as we share the hope we have in Jesus Christ and grow together as one people of God.
David and Lisa Grainge are revitalizing a 127-year-old church that serves six ethnic congregations in South Philadelphia. They minister the gospel to refugees in their community and hope to see the host, seventh English-speaking congregation revived and enlarged as a multi-ethnic church. David and Lisa also serve the needs of their community by weekly food distribution, youth ministry, and pastoral care while providing assistance to refugees as they resettle in their new country.
