Vulnerability is a concept that is talked about a lot in leadership and church. It is expressed as a trait that can be helpful in building deeper relationships. It is very admirable when we see other people embody it. So if we relatively know it’s a good trait, why are we so scared to pursue it? Why do we not like showing our true colors? What does shame have to do with vulnerability? Where is there freedom in vulnerability?
