Develop Leadership Podcast

Experiences are shaped by your past, impact your present, and set you on a trajectory for your future. Good and bad experiences help shape your character, hone your abilities and influence your desires. Our most powerful stories and lessons learned can come from our experiences. In this episode Kate Quaintance speaks from the depth, hurt, joy, and wonder of her experiences. Kate beautifully articulates principles leaders ought to know as they seek to invest their experiences within their influence to the glory of God.
